Tech Tip – Windows Activity History
As a tester of new Microsoft Windows early releases via the Windows Insider Program, I’m excited to tell you of a newly released Windows Activity History feature that I’ve found to be handy;
Windows Activity History.
This is a little like your browser’s History that lets you locate that website that you viewed the other day but forgot the address of. The New Windows Activity History maintains a list of applications and Documents that you have used, edited, or viewed.
So now instead of searching for that unsexy Spreadsheet, you used last month you can click the new History Button to see your Activity History by date and so easily find that document you edited last Friday.
Of course, you can also disable it and clear the history lists if you wish. There’s even a super cool option to sync history across devices.
Look out for it in a future Windows 10 Update…
Until next time
